View from Galleberget |
Looking southwest from Galleberget a day in January. At the bottom of the picture is seen the Great Kvarnmyr (Stora Kvarnmyr) covered with reeds. The elongated islet in the bay is called "Valen" (The whale). The characteristic lighthouse is located at Stångehuvud. In the archipelago is Flatholmen to the left. Other islets westwards are, for example, Långö, Byxeskären and Jämningarna. |
